Education for responsible water consumption

At Ocean Lava Lanzarote we take sustainability and respect for the natural environment that surrounds us very seriously. In this sense, one of the fundamental pillars of our environmental strategy is the education on responsible water consumption. Lanzarote is an island with limited water resources, so it is essential that we all – residents, visitors and event organizers – become aware of the value of every drop.

Through our educational campaigns, we seek to raise awareness among participants in our sporting events about the importance of using water efficiently. This not only means reducing waste, but also adopting more sustainable habits, such as filling reusable bottles instead of resorting to single-use packaging. Our goal is that each person who passes through Ocean Lava not only lives an unforgettable sporting experience, but also takes away a clear message: Taking care of water is everyone's responsibility.
